Refund Policies

There is no refund on delivered or picked up potatoes unless more than 5% of the potatoes have defected.

If you are unable to make pick up there will be no refund. However, you can pay an additional $6.50 to have your potatoes dropped off at your door. If you are unable to make it please e-mail admin@spudfunds.com. You have 24 hours from your designated pickup time to email to claim your potatoes for delivery before they are donated to a family in need. You must live within a highlighted delivery area to qualify for delivery.
