Frequently Asked Questions

  • I can't find my confirmation email, what do I do?"
    First check your spam and junk mail for an e-mail from admin@gmail.com! If you still can't find it you can e-mail us or simply tell us the last four digits of the phone number you used when you signed up with upon arrival.
  • Who and how do I pay at pick up?
    We accept various methods of payment depending on the area you are picking up at. You can check your confirmation for details regarding your area. We always take cash, check, and venmo. You can write your check out to "Spud Funds". Zell information is: Nathan Martin, 2086808186. Please take a screenshot so you can show us your confirmation when you arrive. Thank you!
  • Can someone else pickup for me?
    Yes, absolutley! Simply send someone to pickup with a copy of your confirmation email. If you are prepaying please send them with a screnshot of your payment.
  • I've already placed an order, can I change my pick up location?"
    Yes! If you have placed an order you can pick up at ANY of the locations you recieved in your confirmation e-mail!
  • Do you deliver to other areas?
    Yes! We currently deliver to Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. You can email admin@spudfunds.com to ask if your city is on an upcoming route or if we plan on visiting new states. You can see what city we're scheduled to visit next by clicking on "Shop Products" on our website menu.
  • Do you have to prepay?
    We do require that you prepay for our delivery service. In some areas we allow payment upon pickup. If this is the case in your area you can pay in cash, venmo, or zell upon arrival.
  • I want to add to my order, can I?"
    Yes! Please email admin@spudfunds.com with your order number and intended changes.
  • How long do potatoes last?
    Potatoes can last between 8-12 weeks when stored in a cool dark area.
  • How big are the potatoes?
    Our potatoes vary by type and size. Our commerical potatoes are our big bakers and are typically around 0.80-1 lb each. Our consumer potatoes are similar to the size of potatoes you would find at your local grocery store.
  • Where is the farm in Idaho?
    We are located out of Blackfoot, Idaho. You can check out our "About Us" tab on our website to learn more.
  • What kind of potatoes do you offer?
    We offer Russet Potatoes. Depending on the season we offer Norkotah or Burbank Russets. Norkotah's tend to be larger while Burbank's are a little smaller but richer tasting.
